I hope if RVX is going to do more regional deals that they will involve upfront money. I don’t really understand why a company would give a license for a territory away for free when at some point down the road the license would be worth upfront money. Maybe I’m missing something, or details were left out of the NR, but I don’t get what extra upside RVX gets by making this deal now as opposed to making the deal with this or another company once apabetalone is proved up and multiple companies would like to have the rights to sell it in any given territory big or small. If there is nothing upfront why sign now?
