Koo, for me point 2, multiple LOIs is fantastic. However "multiple" suggests Don is still fishing OR it might imply Don is at the point of reviewing and negotiating options for RVX (and that would be ideal).

"Soon" is what I call a Don skate word...just the cynical side of me that has evolved from 10 years of listening to Don. I'll wait and see. Soon might be 6 months or a year. With multiple LOIs it may take time.

Anyway it is very good news as has been the pattern of late.
