This is the best news we have seen for RVX in a long time. The IP should no longer be threatened which should open the doors for one or more LOI's to be consummated. There is now a reasonable chance the we could see some cash that is nondilutive. By my calculations there should now be enough cash in the till to take us into July-ish 2018 at a $3 million per month burn rate. Santa delivered today.

What comes next, completion of one of the LOI's or the FA? Personally I'm hoping for the FA but would be happy with either. I'm also betting that we see news on recruiting for the trial in USA locations soon as well now that there is cash in the till.
