golfyeti - The only thing we differe on is the $12 mil liability. If it is part of their contractual obligations as I believe it is then there is an additional 4 months of runway past the 5 that you have pionted out. If and that's a big if, they are able to consumate one or more of the LOI's then it's a mute point anyway.
