Kelsee...thanks for sharing that.

So twitter is their primary outlet for social media.  Their account doesn't even have 300 followers, and their last tweet was November 23rd, a week ago.  So obviously "Social Media" isn't a priority for the company.

And that's kewl, I actually like that.  I've seen lots of public companies using Social Media outlets like Twitter and Facebook to hype their companies.  Personally I prefer the: "Walk softly and carry a big stick" attitude.  The harder a company a tries to encourage investment, the more skepitcal I tend to be.

What gets under my skin, is that when a company does in fact engage with investors, (existing or prospective shareholders) then make sure that its done in a professional manner and that the i's are dotted and t's crossed.  Don't engage in communicating with the market in a way that will damage your brand.  And that is something that has happened too often over the past several months.

Sarah's answer though on the Facebook page, its kind of useless.

Its "possible" they "may" create a page???

Just be honest....a better answer would have been:  "We handn't thought about it".  That or "maybe we will, maybe we won't....we don't know".

I don't know what's involved with setting up a corporate Facebook page, but I know that it is done.  There are public companies who use Facebook to engage with investors, posting PRs and pertinent content. One prime example would be Vuzix, a money losing development stage company that makes smart glasses.  In my opinion its a garbage company, but I think they understand very well how to sell sizzle.  Check out their Facebook Page.

Now compare that one to Resverlogix's Facebook image:

I'd prefer that nothing come up when seaching for a Resverlogix Corporate Facebook page, nothing would be better than what you see at that link.
