Koo....I don't think Beacon is the party involved in the LOI.  I could be wrong, but my opinion is based on the disclaiming statement in the Research Report, and on the fact that Beacon was making buys on the open market.  Those 35,100 shares Beacon was buying on Thurs/Fri, the $55K they paid didn't go into the company's coffers, but to the sellers of shares that have already been issued.

The blog post on BET Inhibitors has been viewed over 400 times, the one about Beacon with the convoluted link to the research report has beenead viewed just under 100.  And views doesn't mean readers, I'm sure some scan a little and leave, others may land at my blog by mistake and leave immediately.

The stats I get aren't that great actually.  So far today for the past 24 hours the stats say there have been 231 page views.

Then stories on Emblem and Juno 2 each.  That's a total of 189.  That means there have been 42 visitors who didn't go to a specific blog posting, but just to avoidthebag.com, where they see my last 6 entries in chronological order, newest at the top and on down.

In other words I'm farting in a hurricane.....I have no delusions that I have a big footprint, but the blog does generate some ad revenue, 2-3 hundred a year....which is better than a kick in the junk.  It goes to my church in any event.
