While a website isn't important to me, I know it does create an impression.  I do agree that this was done for a reason....Resverlogix isn't a social media company, so a snappy or boring website has no impact on the actual business of scientific development and deal making.  

Personally I'd kill the link to the Facebook Page until getting some content up on it....2 likes, nothing on the timeline, they don't even have the corporate logo for a picture.
