Just got an email from Clayton, nothing new really....I used the Beacon report and how it seems to present the Hepalink placement as a done deal, I used that as an excuse to ask if the PP has in fact closed.  Here's his reply:

The transaction closing will be announced via press release once all customary closing conditions are satisfied.

At this time, the financing has not closed.

So at least we have a PR to look forward to assuming the "customary closing conditions" are all satisfied.  Perhaps a check in that box might give us a bump.  The devil is always in the details, so getting that finalized might alleviate some degree of doubt, no matter how small.
