I tend to agree. If I assume the FA passes then the next question is in the interim who is going to fund the balance of funds for BOM and other trials. There are many possibilities but right now Don does not appear to have options (hope I am very, very wrong). I think we might see a play on who is going to take control (ownership) of RVX during the second phase of the trial. As suitors sniff the possibilities for apabetalone and the 2500 other compounds I think the ownership may become very dirty but I don't know who.

Who knows, perhaps the BPs are saying let someone else take the risk  of the balance of the trial and then we'll pounce?
