Bear IMO, DM can obviously provide us with information that is material only,  it is quite possible that th FDA is dragging were dragging  their feet on protocol rquired for FDA participation in the betonmace trial,  They are a major bureacracy and they sometimes don't do things in any quick fashion, unless pushed,  

As for the 2400 target fo patients, if it gets extended by 10% 20 % or 30% I am ok with that assuming the drug is working 100% and it extends maybe 8 month longer, We ahve waiting this long what is 8 more months , Bear i think us log shareholder are frustrated with the lack of information but at least its positive and coming (but slowly)
