I know there was some speculation surrounding the possible change in the FA....with it being held off until perhaps going as high as 75% completion, that the reason was scientific.  That is to say that the data might not be robust enough at 50% thus necessitating an increase from 125 events to as many as 188.  

But maybe there's another reason they wanted the option of delaying the FA results......
