I see it, but the math seems off...this is what the PR says from Sept 5th.  

The Company also announced a private placement of 3,000,000 equity units at a price of $1.50per unit, whereby each unit will be comprised of one common share and one-half common share purchase warrant.

So doing the math, 3 million units at $1.50 each is worth $4.5 million....while the MDA says this:

Subsequent to July 31, 2017 we issued $4.2 million (CAD$5.1 million) of equity units pursuant to a private placement. Each unit is comprised of one common share and one-half common share purchase warrant

So we have the placement for $4.5 million worth of units, and the MD&A saying for $5.1 million worth.
