When it comes to the simple and mundane matter of dotting i's and crossing t's....well, someone has to do it. We've seen enough recent examples where the dots and crosses were not done. I assume the placement announced September 5th, that it did in fact close, but absent a PR, (or other such instrument)....How can one be sure? It seems to me they've always announced that PP's have closed in the past.
