You bring up a very valid point Hart....

On Aug 28th the company announced an extension on the maturity date for the loan...and in that PR it said that they were relying on the "financial hardship" exemption based on a unanimous determination by the board that the company was in a dire financial position.  That was to get around the need for minority shareholder approval.  Yet there's nothing about that declaration triggering a mandatory listing review...
