If Eastern were to vote against the Hepa funding does that not imply that Eastern wants to own the IP? Given that Eastern is a capital company (vs an operating pharma) unless they can take the IP and flip it for a significant gain I doubt they want it. So I think Eastern won't vote against Hepa.

I'm assuming there are many options in play including the LOI. After Eastern drew their line in the sand I can't imagine them (Eastern) coming back in.

For his own sake Don better get things resolved.
