Insider buys have the highest correlation with going forward share price 
increase 
This insider not only put up their money, they went into debt I believe for 50 million 
to do so as well, so its not only their risk capital its something they will have to pay back. 
Their decision was based upon all the information available to insiders and they are in 
the Pharma industry. 
So they put up the best part of a hundred million and retail sells 
If it werent sad it would be funny

So according to this post by Aureus Hepa borrowed $50,000,000 of the $87,000,000 for the RVX share purchase. That says a lot. In particular;

1. They were interested enough in protecting the IP they were willing to borrow and pay the interest charges.
2. They do not have the cash or chose not to use more of their cash to finance the deal.
3. Implies that there must be a new partner coming to the party to fund BoM and various trials.
4. This so of makes me feel better. The next challenge is looming on the horizon.
