So if Hepa and Eastern team up and take Don out of the equation the question becomes how will they treat Don, Dr Wong, NGN, CD Ventures and other large shareholders. Perhaps they keep Dr Wong (and his scientiific team) and offer Don a good package.

But I would think that NGN and CD Ventures would like some reasonable treatment and compensation particularly if the FA is passed.

Anyway, that is complete speculation on my part. The next few will be interesting.
