- it solves the LOC "beast"
- clears short term debt
- allows for the lights to stay on and BOM to get in a couple of months
- provides a very strong vote of confidence from Hepalink about their commitment to apabetalone and RVX and they are very close to the situation.
- gets Eastern off the hook and away from the IP.
As pointed out there must be another deal in the works and that one will tell us tons about where the big boys think this area of epigenetics is headed.
Let's keep in mind that apabetalone is unique and tightly directed at unmet needs.
