Generally speaking an AGM is a very stylized meeting to approve statements and appoint auditors plus elect directors. It is also generally combined with a special general meeting to approve anything else which management wants shareholders to approve of.
quite often there is really Nothing substantial to be approved of But sometimes there is.
in this case they will announce what the agenda is more or less as late as they can and they will provide information to the shareholders of what is going on which I suspect is rather fluid at the moment.
