Message: Renal trial delayed (again)

Well, F6 summed up the frustration perfectly over on Investor Village in his most recent post regarding another delay in the "anticipated" start of the renal trial.

About a year ago at the October 2016 R&D presentation, Resverlogix first started talking of an early 2017 launch for the renal trial. Then, it wasn't until May that the we saw the news release that FDA gave the approval to proceed. When it first appeared on ClinicalTrials.gov, it has an anticipated start date of June 15. Well, that didn't happen and they updated to anticipated start date of Sept 15. Now we're looking at December 15.

So many unanswered questions from management. Q1, Q2, Q3 have come and gone with no corporate update. News releases, slide decks with hardly any new info and MD&As with unexpected statements (i.e. futility analysis) give us clues as to what might be going on, but lead to more questions than answers. Q4....what's in store? We'll soon find out. It is very disappointing to see this delay. Most likely a funding crunch in my opinion. October, November, December. Tick tock tick tock. Let's get it done RVX!
