Why would Eastern release unless there is some return.

Eastern has a line in the sand and it is specific...Dec26th. They will take the assets unless Dr Wong convinces them that he and his team are the best chances for success. That is not a stretch as evidenced by history.

Don needs to deal with this and I am sure (I guess) it is the only priority he is dealing with.

Even with all of my criticisms of Don he is a cunning fox. It is not as if he is not sitting on a pile of highly valued assets. He knows what he has more than anyone.
