Meh...the most satisfying part is that Clayton at least acknowledged that many of my concerns were fair and that I have the right to expect the company to project a professional image. I won't say its a clean slate, but I will go so far as to say the company and Clayton are on probation with me....if going forward they stop making simple mistakes then all is good....if not I will be calling Clayton again and maybe doing more.
Hopefully going forward its a dead issue.
