Its says the SEDAR filings are available on the corporate website:  Copies of these documents may be obtained online at www.sedar.com, or the Company's website, www.resverlogix.com, 

But go to the company's website and its not up yet....what a shock.  Oh well, its only retail investors who are gonna be reading it anyway, and most don't care how communications are carried out so they can do whatever they want.
