I am wonder if any of the insiders or institutions has the opportunity to see the LOI and what the actual details to that deal are and subsequent deals being diligently worked on. That being said someone who took part on the the last PP liked what they saw and were willing to the take risk of the 4 month hold on the warrants .  

I would hope hope that if we have a +FA that we will see a much bigger deal such a CVR deal, again it is quite possible a deal has been in the works for over a year, but you could be right as well , I just doubt it
