I'm not a big of of Letters of Intent (LOIs) or Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs)....its one thing when its a bank or other such well established and profitable biz that's announcing an LOI or MOU....but when its a company of Resverlogix's stature, the proof is in the pudding...

On the plus side though it doesn't look like we're see a mass exodous on the news...the volume is too light and the PPS direction is drifting lower.  If there were big players leaving I'd expect to see heavy volume and a climbing PPS.  

On the other hand it doesn't look like this news has caused any real buying interest either.....
