The jump in the loan interest is significant, not that it has increased substantially but that it had to be offered in the deal to KD for the extension. Its tracks in the sand so to speak. To my reasoning its cuz DM actually has a third party (outside of our existing big insiders) interested in making a deal. He may not be just a talking head this time. A positive FA and we might just have a new big family member in our midst. I am sure in favor of having another deep pocket entity in this play with us!!!,,,All jmo.
