And while I have no idea other than to further speculate, the Letter of Intent could still be predicated on first having a successful FA that did not come in time before the Line of Credit expired.  Phew, what a mouthful.  Like you, Koo, hopefully the market reads this release much more positively than negatively, and we start the climb onward and upward from here...
