hummmmm,,,,,,,,,my personal opinion means little but DM should be ashamed leaving all the shareholders in our company here in the dark for the past 12 months in respect to the LoC and the August time line events. Its not like he couldn't note to all, the progress around safegurding our IP and moving on with the development of our epigenetic molecules. Deal or no deal we all have been given disrespect and it certainly leaves me with the feeling of being minimized and neglected.

We and of course the market dont need to know specifics, or what entity might be involved but we all should be assured of progress around such a vital issue of which has such dire consequences for each one of us investors.

And if the favourable outcome of the FA is critical to a third party to move on a deal or other being signed,,,,just say so!!,,,,,I think it is information of material value that a management team should respectfully understand is very important to owners of this company who are all the shareholders!!! Disheartening at best.

If it comes down to just plain old luck that we need to succeed in the market then it is not the place for any one of us. I expect this RVX mamanegment team to create opportunity for all, including the major insiders. It seems very unfair to have the insiders fully aware of what Aug. 28th brings and also have that greater degree of control on how it effects their investment.

The RVX management team seem not be in control of our destiny in any shape or form and the market assumes this as well.

I am trying to brace myself for what seems obvious,,,dilution and another significant drop in share price,,why would anyone think otherwise, as the risk here before the 28th is ominous. I do think the best we can hope for is that any amount of dilution is offset by a deal of some sorts. The buy out by a BP is nice to think about but most improbable..........our major insiders would take us out first if so,,and that is not so improbable,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, jmo
