I'm operating under the assumption that DM has something lined up, and that the FA is critical to a deal being made....but its an assumption, and we all know the old saw about what happens when you ASS-U-ME....assumptions can be wrong.  And giving credit where its due, it was BDZ that put me onto this line of thinking....although I take full responsibility for giving it serious weight, which I have.

But we don't know if the FA will come out in time for the $68.8 million loan deadline...which complicates things.  Some form of extension might need to be negotiated with Citibank if the Aug 28th deadline hits and the company is unable to satisfy the loan.

And that brings up the possiblitiy of another equity offering, referenced in the MD&A that was just released....they're intending to do another raise "this month", but there is no assurance it will be completed.  I agree (again) with BDZ's reasoning here...they're intending to do another raise if needed, but if the FA is positive....it might not be required.

Long winded as always....but what I'm rolling around in my head right now is all the news that came out just before the overnight financing was arranged on June 9th.

-June 5th Paper published in scientific journal news

That was a nice little flurry of activity on the PR front....and while there's been some moaning that the raise should have been done sooner and at a higher price, it might be reasonable to expect that all this news ahead of the financing helped keep the PPS up over $2 during this period.

So my question....FINALLY.....is:  Should we maybe be expecting a similar flurry of news if another equity raise is in fact coming our way?  We've already had four news events since the B&B brokered financing....in a little over 1 month period of time.  Perhaps we'll see another two or three news worthy developments before we get to that August 28th date.
