Bear...you don't think they agreed to make adjustments without first knowing what those adjustments are do you???  Wouldn't that be like writing a blank check?  I didn't think the purpose behind negotiating and discussing things with the FDA was to say "whatever you want us to do we will do"....but I guess I could be wrong.
