At the 10/13/16 R&D update, we were told that Resverlogix has 2400 synthesized compounds in their library and that they have chosen seven for follow-on testing. RVX-206, RVX-641, RVX-2101, and RVX-2113 are 4 of DM’s favorites. They have confirmed a second clinical compound IND candidate, but they haven't disclosed the details of this compound or filed an IND yet. That was over 9 months ago.......a lot can change in 9 months. But that was the last update on their non-apabetalone program that I recall.
