Excellent Points.

I am an optimist for the most part - but the real question that doesn't sit well with me is;

Why the small peanuts of 10 Million done a month ago (considering the negative impact it had on the SP) when they know that next month they need 10 times more?   Why could they not have done it in one fell swoop?   What prevented them?  Maybe this would have been an opportunity for a CEO to explain/communicate.

This has me troubled...
