I'd previously expressed the opinion that the only thing that would move the dial (so to speak) was news around resolution of financing issues...both the Citi loan as well as funding to finance operations for another year or two.  The only exception I allowed was an investment by Berkshire Hathaway....

Hopefully this news does give us a big boost....a springboard to even more positive news.
