SF I sincerely believe that the company does not give a rat's rosy rear end about retail shareholders.....sure they have to comply with rules vis a vis fiduciary duty and all that, but it strikes me that they're doing the bare minimum...and maybe not even that much, I don't know because I'm not a lawyer.
That might sound harsh, but it strikes me as very logical based on actions taken over the last several months....going back to the canceled AGM last year anyway imo.
If I was worried about such things I would bail...or at least substantially reduce my position. But as evidenced by the fact that I added another 1,200 shares today....I don't see this as negative, but rather positive. I feel like the company is flipping the bird at retailers....but I'm seeing the index finger saying "number one" instead of the middle digit.
