My buy for 1,200 filled in what seemed like a nano second....at 13:57, and it doesn't show it broken up into partial fills with the broker I used, but as one fill at a price of $1.315  

Okay....

I check the time/sales on Quote media however...and the only trade at 13:57 is for 400 shares at $1.32 on the TCM which I assume to be the Tri-Act...their site is matchnow.ca and they bill themselves as the 'First choice for dark liquidity in Canada'....no kidding, only 400 shares of my 1,200 share buy show up.  

I know we love to complain about the lack of trasparency that Resverlogix exhibits....but their disclosure seems to be in-line with overall market norms where trades aren't even reported.
