I don't doubt the issue will be resolved....but going along with Kelsee's thoughts on the FA, which make a lot of sense imo....it all depends on whether we get the FA before or after that date, on or close to Aug 28th.  Get close to the 28th with no FA and I'm thinking some type of bandaid to carry through to the 125 events.

Of course I guess the nightmare scenario should be acknowledged....and for me that would mean a thumbs down from the FA....and then its pretty much game over for the PPS I would guess.  

The dream scenario would be two big catalysts coming one after the other....a positive FA followed by a financing deal sufficient to satisfy the Citi loan with enough left over to fund another 2 years of operations.
