Annual Financial Statements to be Released Soon

I just looked at the Sedar postings of annual (Fiscal Year Ended April 30th) financial statements for the past two years.

Consolidated Annual Financials for Fiscal Years Ended April 30, 2015 and April 30, 2016 were posted to Sedar on July 24, 2015 and July 22, 2016, respectively (in both cases, it was the fourth Friday of July. This year, the fourth Friday falls on July 28, 2017. I would expect to see the reports posted to Sedar on either Friday, July 21 or July 28.

The consolidated financial statements will include material subsequent events and transactions thru the date of release of the report. If the company has negotiated a new loan, extension, or agreement, we will know by 7/28. If not, the countdown continues.
