Who keeps a Share Holder in the dark?

I do not recall the last time DM held a corporate update to SH. With the events that have occurred over the past year, particularly those related to finances (selling shares to secure 300K to pay a legal firm, raising 10M overnight) – in my opinion, the company is/was running on fumes and has simply bought themselves some time.

I have been around since 2007 and I have heard DM say things (quite frankly, imo, he just loved to talk) but now that we are coming to one of the most important events in the company’s history/survival and we have total silence!! Why wouldn’t the CEO hold a corporate update to simply do just that - TELL US WHAT IS GOING ON!

Something to the effect…“we are 2 months away from our LOC coming due and these are the steps we are taking…. We are talking to…, our contingency plan is as follows… etc.; etc.

Is this not normal function or duty or a CEO? I am perplexed and really confused... it seems so trivial.
