Very serious....and imo the terms LOC (line of credit) and loan for our purposes, they're interchangeable....the company owes $68.8 million....so call it a loan, or a LOC....its all the same.  One thing I find curious is that the initial loan agreement was for $30 or $25 million and then it was ammended with an increase of another $25 or $30 million....sorry, I don't remember if it started at $25 and was increased by $30 or t'other way round....but 25 + 30 = 55....and we are at 68.8....the interest is paid every 12 months in arrears, so interest isn't being added to the principle (ooops, wrote principal the 1st time)
