I'm going to be drafting a complaint to the OSC concerning recent events that have me concerned that Resverlogix is not acting in a responible and reasonable fashion with respect to disclosing pertinent information to all of its shareholders.  

Specifically I have an issue with deleting and correcting a slide presentation after the fact without disclosing how the presentation was handled before the slide for finances had been changed.  And further I want to know why the decision was made to skip the Paris investor event when the company had disclosed that they would be attending. 

Comments are welcome of course, but don't bother trying to dissaude me from sending my complaint....it will fall on deaf ears.  If everything is copacetic (sp?) it will all be for naught...or "not" as the case may be :-)

After I've drafted it I'll share it here....of course if Clayton or Sarah respond to my latest email and are able to satisfy my concerns, then I'll let it drop.
