Just a theory, but my guess is that....after watching RVX tumble from $2+ to a low of $1.23....my guess is that there were a significant number of shares being made available on offer by retail holders of the 50 odd million free trading shares....and I believe it was those players (or player if its just one) who'd borrowed over 600K shares short between the 31st of May and June 15th who'd been buying to cover off.  

Now this 4th DSMB positive reccomendation comes out....and I'm thinking the bleacher crowd is less nervous than they were recently and willing to sit tight.
