I agree with you regarding exercising warrants in a TFSA. I don't imagine the discount will be to deep if the warrants are well in the money. I doubt if the arbs would let that happen but for the reasons you outlined I will continue to hold RVX shares as well as warrants in my TFSA. That way I can sell RVX shares in order to be able to fund exercising warrants if need be.
