Led your post regarding the 800,000 short and market manipulation was very interesting.

I think many of us have noted that the $10,000,000 raised will only carry the company for about 5 months so there must be somthing on the go to get BoM completed. However, if apabetalone fails the futility analysis it will be a game changer. If RVX decides to carry on after a failed futility then it will be extremely difficult for RVX to raise funds. Also, the share price will tank much further. So at that stage it will be interesting to see who moves in to take over.

Of course, if it passes there may be someone ready to pony up.

This is a very uncertain time even if apabetalone passes the 4th DSMB test. If not...is it dead?
