I contacted RVX to ask about the BetOnMace timeline slide. I was told that the slide was only to illustrate what the timing will look like should the FDA not grant approval for the current trial.  Further I was told that the current trial can be approved and included as long as the trial is still recruiting.  

I think that management is still optimistic as I was reminded that Apabetalone has now been approved by the FDA for the Kidney trial.  That being said, in my very inexpert opinion I imagine there is probably a difference between ph 2 vs ph 3 approval.
