No way to know for sure.....the reason RVX has traded down, it might be the result of a concerted short attack, we just don't know.  

Likewise if they found someway to retire/replace the Citi loan, its all guess work as to whether bulls would storm in and drive the price up, or perhaps bears would still attack....knowing that a lot of investors look for confirmation in PPS direction before deciding whether a particular news event is good or bad.
