When I use the term "dumb money" it has nothing to do with IQ levels.....retailers might think that their buying will have an impact on the price, that by buying they'll tighten supply and that the price will move up.....But its not an auction market, and even if retail investors storm in when things are quiet or depressed, if they do it at a time when the smart money players are also accumulating....then oh well, too bad so sad.   

Try and put a "move on request" in if you're a retail investor.....
