Hmmmm.... well if the freeze on trading Hepa stock IS because they are working on an acquisition of RVX and/or Zenith (and I certainly feel that is speculation of course) then perhaps it is taking so long because another company showed a serious interest and wanted time to do some DD before making an offer themselves. 

Again.... just speculation.
