Was this even on the radar? Were we even expecting this? Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't this good unexpected news in ADDITION to the good things current and the good things expected?

And, if that is indeed the case (that this is out of the blue - fall in our lap news) then why and the world is this not generating volume? (This is a rhetorical question for the most part unless there is a constructive answer)
