Looks good Led. One small typo. Change "fist" to "first" in the sentence that reads "The fist is FDA approval for the company to proceed with a 2a clinical trial....." 

I would also point out that the company is sponsoring a symposium at ERA-EDTA meeting in Madrid a week from now and will present at BIO International in 3 weeks. These and other scheduled and non-scheduled (but expected) events/catalysts are referenced in my post below.
