led - I am amazed that you are using a 22 year old article as the basis of your theory on KD. I only have two questions for you, has Ken's fascination of the brain dwindled or increased over that time? and have you changed at all in the last 22 years? 

Remember KD holds 19.9% of the shares of the company to reduce his reporting requirements. DM has been heard saying that KD is one of the best partners a company could have. If you are going to try and skin him as Brazil did then of course you should expect the full force of any recourse action available to him. That's just business. To my knowledge he has never maliciously attacked any country or business without due cause. Until anyone can show us all otherwise lets just put this to bed now.

This RVX company that we are all shareholders of has got some pretty amazing technology that seems to be getting better each year. Personally I'd be happy to ride on KD's coat tails. I'd be more than happy if he made billions on this deal with RVX and even happier if he made billions per year in royalties from his ownership of the the private company Zenith Capital. Being a shareholder along side of a savvy investor is not a bad thing.

In drug development terms we are very close to the end, commercialization, if we are are successful in this Phase III trial. 2020 is really not that far away. With 12 or 14 years of patent protection after the point of sales starting this could be the single best investment any BP could posibly make. It certainly looks as though at least one BP is sniffing around. If there is one I'd be willing to bet there are more. From what I can tell it is around this point of drug development that deals happen, especially for drugs that have blockbuster or mega blockbuster potential.

This is going to be an interesting year, one way or another. DYODD
